notarieller oder sonstiger Form abzugeben und alle erforderlichen oder alle nach ihrem Ermessen erforderlichen oder zweckmäßigen Erklärungen in privatschriftlicher, zweck-mäßigen Rechtshandlungen vorzunehmen.
Die Bevollmächtigten vertreten stets einzeln und sind berechtigt, Untervollmacht zu erteilen.
Die Vollmacht gilt als Genehmigung, wenn ein Bevollmächtigter im Namen des Vollmachtgebers als Vertreter ohne Vertretungsvollmacht oder aufgrund mündlicher Vollmacht gehandelt hat und seine Handlungen für den Vollmachtgeber von dieser Vollmacht umfasst sind.
Die Vollmacht unterliegt deutschem Recht.
Im Zweifelsfall ist die Vollmacht weit auszulegen, um den Zweck ihrer Erteilung zu verwirklichen.
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen der Vollmacht unwirksam sein oder werden, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der Vollmacht im Übrigen unberührt.
